Hollywood Ballroom

The Hollywood Ballroom’s glamorous design is what makes the Metro Hall one of the best Banquet Halls in New Westminster! The Hollywood Ballroom is today’s take on 1920’s style supper club and lounge.  It’s brings luxury and glamour together with the perfect blend of vintage/contemporary.   If your organization is looking to hold an awards ceremony, fundraiser, recognition dinner, arts/cultural event, fashion show, conference, sales pitch, motivational event, or celebration such as a retirement party, birthday, wedding, book Hollywood Hall today.  Your guests will feel like Movie stars and your event will be remembered for years to come.

The Hollywood Ballroom has been uniquely designed and is pre-furnished to accommodate glamorous cocktail receptions for up to 264 guests.  However, configuration can also be modified to accomodate banquet style events (see suggested floor plans below).

  • 6 plush, "u-shaped" couches

  • 2 plush, "L-shaped" couches

  • 8 black coffee tables (3'w X 7.5l' X 1.5'h)

  • 3 glass top standing cocktail table (4 X 2'd, 2 X 3'd) with 12 highboy chairs

  • 2 plush boudoir loungers

  • 8 suede lounge chairs

  • 2 suede oversized bench seat

  • 3 black & white area rugs

  • 2 square mirrored lounge tables

*Hollywood Ballroom rental excludes Glam Lounge & Flapper Lounge. Each room has its own independent entrance. Venue bathrooms are considered common areas shared by both rooms.
